Gyansadhana Shikshan Sanstha is a social and development-oriented voluntary organisation working for the empowerment and well-being of vulnerable and underserved communities.

Education & Social Development

Educational support, awareness and development initiatives for children and vulnerable communities.

Water Conservation & Management

Watershed development, groundwater recharge, water conservation and community-based water management.

Irrigation Management & WUA Strengthening

Capacity building of Water User Associations, water budgeting, irrigation planning, canal management and Participatory Irrigation Management.

Women’s Empowerment & Livelihoods

Strengthening Self-Help Groups, promoting self-employment, government scheme convergence and income-generating opportunities.

Fisheries & Cage Culture

Supporting women and rural communities in cage-based fish farming as an alternative livelihood.

Health & Social Awareness

Community health awareness, HIV/AIDS prevention, PCPNDT awareness and other preventive health initiatives.

Child Care & Protection

Supporting vulnerable, orphaned and destitute children through care, education and rehabilitation initiatives.

Market Linkages for Women SHGs

Facilitating product promotion, exhibitions, market access and institutional linkages for women entrepreneurs.
